De Novo Design of Therapeutic Antibodies

In our study, we conducted a comparative analysis of 310 antibody-antigen pairs currently available on the market with those designed by our platform. Our platform meticulously crafted antibodies to match the known antigens. Remarkably, the amino acid sequences of the Complementary-Determining Regions (CDRs) designed by Silica Corpora's Generator showed an impressive mean similarity ranging from 85% to 98% when compared to their therapeutic counterparts. This high degree of similarity underscores the precision and effectiveness of our platform in designing antibodies with a strong potential for therapeutic application.
